Maricopa Valley Painting repaints homes across the Phoenix area: full exteriors, stucco repair, interiors and cabinets. Full exterior repaints and stucco repair
Most Valley homes are stucco, and stucco in our sun needs more than a fresh coat. A full exterior repaint with us starts with a pressure wash of everything we’re painting, because paint has to bond to the wall, not to the dust on it. Then come stucco and wood repairs: small cracks get an elastomeric patch so they don’t reopen, and flaking stucco gets re-stuccoed and retextured. Loxon conditioner goes on the stucco before paint, and every window and door is re-caulked. Two coats is our standard: sprayed and back-rolled on the stucco, brushed on the fascia, with semi-gloss on the doors.

What you pay depends on the house: size and stories, stucco condition, the paint line, add-ons like gates and backyard block walls, and whether you’re changing color. How it works

Free estimate, quote in 24 hours
We walk the house with you and measure, or do it by virtual estimate if you can't be there. You get an itemized written quote within 24 hours.

Day 1: wash, cover, repair
We pressure-wash everything we're painting; cover windows, light fixtures, cameras and patio floors; repair stucco, wood and drywall; and put Loxon conditioner on the stucco.

Day 2: finish repairs, start painting
Windows and doors get re-caulked on every job. Stucco is sprayed and back-rolled, fascia is brushed, and two coats is the standard.

Day 3: finish, clean up, walk through
We finish the paint, do the touch-ups and clean up, then walk the house with you before we call it done.

How soon can you start, and how long does a repaint take?
We're usually about ten days out, a little longer in spring. A typical full exterior takes about three days: wash, cover and repair; then paint; then touch-ups, clean-up and a walk-through with you.
What paint do you use?
We primarily use Sherwin-Williams: Latitude most often, Duration, and A-100 on budget jobs. Stucco gets Loxon conditioner before paint. We also use Dunn-Edwards Evershield, which some HOAs require.
Do you help with color selection?
Yes. We provide free paint samples. Put them up in a few spots and look at them at different times of day before you decide. Keep in mind that darker colors don't last as long in our sun. If you're in an HOA, bring its approved color scheme to the estimate.
